In October 2020, construction cost index in Turkey increased by 2.99% compared with previous month

Construction Cost Index, October 2020

In October 2020, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 2.99% compared with previous month and increased by 19.49% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 4.01% and labour index increased by 0.75% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 22.08% and labour index increased by 14.02% compared with the previous year.

Building construction cost index increased by 19.34% annually and 2.94% monthly

Building construction cost index increased by 2.94% compared with previous month and increased by 19.34% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 4.00% and labour index increased by 0.67% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 21.81% and labour index increased by 14.23% compared with the previous year.

Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 20.01% annually and increased 3.16% monthly

Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 3.16% compared with previous month and increased by 20.01% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 4.02% and labour index increased by 1.05% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 22.96% and labour index increased by 13.27% compared with the previous year.
