Creativity is important at every sector and job when you need to solve a problem or come up with new ideas.

What to do if you feel stuck and out of opinions:

1- Switch Between Projects
According to studies, taking breaks and directing your attention to different things can help you become more creative by facilitating creative incubation.

2- Express Yourself
Write or talk about something that inspires you or the thoughts in your mind. Especially writing with a pen will help you generate more ideas.

3- Indulge Yourself
Get yourself a cup of coffee, some tasty snacks, have a delicious meal, get a massage. The more you relax, the better you’ll feel the creative flow.

4- Stay In The Moment
Don’t waste your time worrying about the future or reminiscing about the past. If you stay present you will have a less crowded mind, which will make it easier to focus and to be  productive.

5- Go Outside
Fresh air will give you energy and help you clear your head. You can take a walk or sit quietly somewhere.

6- Stop Worrying About The Outcomes
The more you stress about the results and consequences the more you’ll feel restrained. Stress drops creativity and productivity levels considerably. The best option you have is doing your best and letting go of the rest.

7- Exercise
Movement can help you feel less stuck, you can do yoga or exercise for 10 minutes. It will make you feel better and more energized.

8- Rest
If you feel tired, take a nap. You will find that you’re refreshed and more willing to work afterwards.

9- Talk To Someone
Talk about your irritation, exhaustion or whatever else you’re feeling. Tell someone how you feel. Sharing your feelings will release some of the tension and you might even be inspired by their thoughts and suggestions.

10- Do Something Artistic
You can draw, listen to music, play an instrument, go to an art exhibition, a museum or even watch a movie to get your creative inspiration flowing.
