Does the company of which liquidation process will end in 2020 have to start to use e-Invoice? (In Turkey)
According to 2018 data, a company which is in liquidation process has to start to use e-Invoice and e-Ledger on 01.01.2020. The liquidation of the company will end in 2020. So does this company have to start to use these applications?
Companies are obliged to use e-document and e-ledger applications even if they are in liquidation process or are inactive.
