Can I make a deduction on previous private health insurance payments currently?

The worker submitted his/her receipt of the payment of private health insurance late. He/She submitted the receipt belonging one month ago and he/she wants a tax deduction. Can I make this deduction in August for the receipt of May, since I issued withholding of Social Security Institution and he/she submitted it late?

You can make a deduction until the end of the accounting period. (According to the provisions in Article 63 of Income Tax Law in Turkey)
