Business Insider reports that 80 percent of the Fortune 500, and 89 of Fortune 100 companies, use the MBTI test with their employees and candidates. The goal is to find the ideal employees and help them succeed at work. Here is a career list for the 16 types according to MyersBriggs.org and the Career Assessment Site:

1. ISTJ
Quiet, serious, earn success by thoroughness and dependability. Practical, matter-of-fact, realistic, and responsible. They decide logically what should be done and work toward it steadily.
