Chicken meat production increased by 9.1% in February 2020

Chicken meat production increased by 9.1%, number of the slaughtered chicken increased by 6.5%, hen egg production increased by 3.6%, and turkey meat production decreased by 1.3% in February compared with the same month of the previous year. Chicken meat production increased by 8.9%, number of the slaughtered chicken increased by 6.2%, hen egg production increased by 3.1%, and turkey meat production decreased by 4.6% in January-February period compared with the same period of the previous year.

Chicken meat production decreased by 5.9% in February compared with the previous month, and realized as 172 thousand 823 tonnes.
