Poultry Production, May 2020 in Turkey
Turkey meat production increased by 9.7%, hen egg production increased by 2.3%, chicken meat production decreased by 5%, and number of the slaughtered chicken decreased by 5.8% in May compared with the same month of the previous year. Chicken meat production increased by 5.1%, number of the slaughtered chicken increased by 4.5%, turkey meat production increased by 0.9%, and hen egg production increased by 0.8% in January-May period compared with the same period of the previous year.
