Can we benefit from discount and subsidies pursuant to Law No.5746 for the projects supported by Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization? Are these projects required to be submitted to the approval of Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK)?
It is possible that R & D and design projects approved by Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization (KOSGEB) can benefit from the subsidies and incentives indicated in Law No.5746. There is no need to submit these projects to Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) for approval, in Turkey.
