Are insurance policies exceeding 5.000 TL submitted in form B? (In Turkey)
If the insurance policies exceed 5.000 TL, will we make a notification in the form of BA (declaration form for the purchase of goods and services)? If we declare in BA form, will we specify the net amount excluding taxes?
In the BA form (declaration form for the purchase of goods and services), the entire policy amount (including taxes) is written. In transactions with VAT, it is written in the amount excluding VAT. Since there is no VAT in the Insurance Policy, the entire Policy amount (including taxes) is written.
