VAT for books is abolished as of 22.02.2019. It is indicated to be taking effect in all aspects. However, the pressman applies VAT on the books when we buy them. Aren’t they also subject to VAT exemption?

Certainly the printing house calculates VAT for its labor. VAT is not calculated once the books are delivered to their publishing house.
