Will the plot, which has been registered in the company’s assets for more than 3 years due to the end of the liquidation process, be invoiced and transferred to the shareholders according to their proportion? (In Turkey)
If a limited liability company which is in the liquidation process for 1,5 years, allocates the plot registered in the company’s assets for 3 years, to the shareholders according to their share proportion due to the fact that we will wind up the company with liquidation, and transfers in the title deed, should we invoice this transaction? Should we calculate the VAT?
Invoice must be issued at the rate of shares. Since the real estate has been registered for more than 2 years, the VAT exemption is applied. The VAT is not calculated.
