What are the conditions to deliver with export registration? Who is regarded as a manufacturer?
The person must be “manufacturer” to deliver with export registration.
The manufacturer must;
– register to the industrial register and hold an industrial register certificate or have any of the farmer registration certificate, food business registration certificate and business approval certificate (producer certificate) obtained from the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock (These documents will be referred to as ‘manufacturer’s certificate’ in the following sections.),
– register to the relevant professional chamber,
– employ the required number of workers and have the necessary vehicle park or have the production infrastructure in the capacity report as stipulated in the Industrial Registry Communiqués, which are in force during the manufacturing period.
