Turkey Extends VAT Exemption for Machinery
According to the news published by Tax News, on December 24, 2019, a law was published in Turkey’s official gazette extending a value-added tax exemption for the purchase of machinery and equipment.
Under Law no. 7201, the VAT exemption period for new machinery and equipment for taxpayers with industrial registration certificates for use in the manufacturing industry is extended until December 31, 2022.
