The transaction for the return of our VAT has not been carried out in order that we do not have an industrial registry certificate for our export-registered product sales. Should I correct the VAT declaration for the relevant month? (In Turkey)

My taxpayer sold an export-registered product. The product sold was not written in the industrial registry certificate and thus the taxpayer could not receive the return. Should I correct the VAT declaration in the month of the sale, or should I correct the VAT amount transferred in the VAT declaration in this period?

The VAT declaration is corrected in the month of the sale. Of course, the VAT will be charged to the customer. No further transaction is required.
