Who Pays Title Deed Fee According to Turkish Laws?

People, who perform some procedures indicated in the tariff numbered 4 attached to Act of Fees, are supposed to pay title deed fee. Unless otherwise consented upon, people, who are supposed pay title deed fee in some procedures that are not state in the tariff, are listed below:
1-People who acquire property rights and limited rights in rem. (If acquiring persons are more than one person, they will pay this fee in proportion to their shares.)
2-People who establish a lien.
3-If a person applies for registeration on behalf of another person in cadastres.
4-A person who has nuda proprietas while registering bare ownership on behalf of inheritor.
5-People who recede during revocation.
6-Beneficiaries while performing some procedures except the ones indicated above.

The US tariffs a dangerous game says EU

The US is playing a “dangerous game” by slapping tariffs on European steel and aluminum, the European Union’s trade commissioner has said.

Cecilia Malmstrom warned the move by US President Donald Trump would have consequences for the economic recovery of the EU, as well as US consumers.

The EU has issued a 10-page list of tariffs on US goods ranging from Harley-Davidson motorcycles to bourbon.

Canada and Mexico are also planning retaliatory moves against the tariffs.

Ms. Malmstrom said the EU would challenge the move at the World Trade Organization (WTO) but that tariffs on US imports were necessary as “we cannot just take these tariffs and stay silent”.

The commissioner said that despite the EU’s “rebalancing” action, the two sides were not in a trade war.

“What we are in is a very difficult situation,” Ms. Malmstrom said. This situation could only be diffused by the US withdrawing its measures against the EU, she added.

Trump’s China tariffs could be imposed in June

The US has said it plans to impose 25% tariffs on $50bn worth of Chinese imports “shortly” after mid-June.

Critics had accused the administration of going soft on China after Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said tariffs were on hold while the two sides continue trade talks.

But the White House said on Tuesday that a final list of imports slated for tariffs will be published by 15 June.

China said it was both “surprised and unsurprised” by the move.

In a statement, China’s Commerce Ministry called on the US to act in the spirit of earlier joint comments.

It said: “This is obviously contrary to the consensus reached between the two sides in Washington not long ago.”
