Benefit for temporary incapacity is given within the scope of principles related to absenteeism based on health problems of insured workers.
Even if an insured worker has an accident in the first day at work, he/she can receive benefit for temporary incapacity. There is no limitation for premium day in order to receive benefit for temporary incapacity in work accidents.
