Germany announced Consumer Price Index of February 2019

The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) published Consumer Price Index data of February.

Consumer Price Index increased by 0.4% in February, compared to the previous month.
It increased by 1.5% compared to February 2019.

Energy prices were 0.2% higher compared to January.
They increased by 2.9% compared to February 2018.

Food prices went up by 0.5% compared to January.
They increased by 1.4% compared to the same month a year earlier.
