Construction cost index in Turkey increased by 0.07% in October 2019

Construction Cost Index, October 2019 in Turkey

In October 2019, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 0.07% compared with previous month and increased by 4.27% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index decreased by 0.40% and labour index increased by 1.09% compared with the previous month. Also material index decreased by 3.43% and labour index increased by 25.38% compared with the previous year.

Building construction cost index increased monthly by 0.10%

Building construction cost index increased by 0.10% compared with previous month and increased by 5.53% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index decreased by 0.32% and labour index increased by 0.98% compared with the previous month. Also material index decreased by 2.03% and labour index increased by 25.52% compared with the previous year.

Construction cost index for civil engineering decreased monthly by 0.03%

Construction cost index for civil engineering decreased by 0.03% compared with previous month and increased by 0.22% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index decreased by 0.68% and labour index increased by 1.50% compared with the previous month. Also material index decreased by 7.75% and labour index increased by 24.87% compared with the previous year.
