Can social security premiums of the persons paid by employers to workers be stated as a discount? (In Turkey)
The social security premiums of persons paid by employers to workers will be stated as a discount within the scope of Articles 40 and 68 of the Income Tax Law, since they are covered by the fee paid to obtain and maintain commercial earnings related to the business.
